Lisa Taylor-Kelly is the founder and owner of Kelly Management Services, a licensed property manager with more than 20 years of hands-on experience leading homeowner associations, townhome communities, and maintenance corporations.

Lisa’s career has taken her from Florida — where she managed large-scale gated communities and condominium associations — to the Northeast, where she now serves communities across Pennsylvania and Delaware. Wherever she’s worked, the reaction from boards and homeowners has been the same: relief, trust, and results.
