Kelly Management Services is a boutique community association management company dedicated to providing professional, responsive, and transparent management for homeowner associations, condominiums, townhome communities, and maintenance corporations throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Owned and operated by Lisa Kelly and Maurice Kelly, the company was founded on the belief that communities function best when they are well-managed, financially sound, and clearly communicated with. We partner closely with Boards of Directors to support governance, protect property values, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
We intentionally operate as a hands-on firm — offering personalized service, direct access to ownership, and thoughtful guidance — rather than a one-size-fits-all management model.
Meet Lisa Kelly
Lisa Kelly is a co-owner and principal of Kelly Management Services and a licensed Community Association Manager with over 20 years of experience in the management field, beginning her career in 2001.
Throughout her career, Lisa has managed large portfolios, including both condominium and homeowners associations. She brings deep operational knowledge, strong financial oversight, and steady leadership that Boards rely on — particularly during complex projects, community transitions, and periods of growth.
Her professional experience includes:
Full-service HOA and condominium management
Budget preparation, reserve planning, and financial reporting
Vendor procurement, bidding, and contract management
Capital and operational expense oversight
Board meeting coordination and governance support
Architectural review administration and compliance enforcement
Liaison work with attorneys, CPAs, contractors, and developers
Lisa is known for her clear communication style, strong organizational skills, and practical, solutions-oriented approach. She works closely with Boards to ensure informed decision-making while maintaining consistency, transparency, and professionalism across every community served.
