The first step in the TQM process is to identify the required skills for each employee, determine the best match from the thousands of candidates in Kelly Services' employee database, and ultimately place the employee in the required position.
To make the TQM process successful, our employees are motivated to perform at peak levels, empowered to make decisions related to their work responsibilities, and engaged in continuous process improvement measures. We set challenging, but attainable, goals for our employees that reflect client expectations. The goals are measured and communicated on a regular basis. When goals are exceeded, our employees are rewarded.
