What types of billing models does KMS offer?
KMS understands that for an outsourcing program to be successful, the billing model must align with our client objectives. For that reason, we tailor a variety of models to meet our clients' needs. The most common models include:
- Management Fee (one flat fee billed monthly)
- Management Fee + Variable Expense (for cyclical operations)
- Transactional (per phone call, carton, truckload, hour, etc.)
Additionally, we work with our clients to establish thresholds for gain sharing to further reward our employees for productivity gains and achievement of service level agreements.
