The Kelly Management Services (KMS) Continuous Process Improvement includes a detailed audit process, business planning process, and 5-phase incident reporting (root cause analysis). We are focused on providing value engineering to our clients (decreased costs & increased productivity). We document the CPI events and include the results in our regular business reviews with our clients.
