Each Kelly Management Services (KMS) operation follows a Performance Management Process. Performance management can include items such as performance reviews, growth and development programs (GDP), certification programs, cross-training programs, productivity bonus programs, and safety programs that are customized based on client needs and requirements.
We provide our employees the opportunity to enhance their professional skills through our Elevate management training program. Elevate is a comprehensive training program that provides our staff with in-depth and continuous training on our business and requirements, while allowing and encouraging career growth.

Our Performance Management Process (PMP) is used to establish career and departmental goals for our employees and to measure accomplishments. Performance plans include specific, quantifiable, and qualitative performance expectations. Setting clear expectations and reinforcing those expectations are keys to our success.
The Growth & Development Program (GDP) is used to document the levels of potential growth for employees and the related skill development required to attain the various levels of the plan. As employees prove their ability to perform at a higher level, they are promoted into positions of higher accountability when they become available. Wage increases are also a part of the GDP promotions.
Our exclusive employee program, called "Momentum", contains additional recognition programs. Custom productivity bonus programs that reward employees for meeting and exceeding established goals may also be implemented.
