Kelly Management Services (KMS) Communication tools include operations manuals, customer reviews, satisfaction surveys (employee and client), newsletters, communication boards, and escalation procedures.
We communicate with our employees on a regular and consistent basis through our Momentum program, which includes newsletters, employee recognition programs, employee retention programs, and employee satisfaction programs.

We also administer an annual employee and client satisfaction survey. Based on the results, continuous process improvement procedures are put in place to address any concerns and to improve any potential weaknesses.
We hold regular business reviews with our clients in order to understand and document the performance of the operation. These reports include metrics, financials, and continuous process improvement activity.
